Meet us at AACR 2024 in San Diego, California
The annual meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) in San Diego on April 5-10 is just around the corner, and we're thrilled to be a part of it.
We have some exciting things planned with our Phenoplex software that we can't wait to share with you.
Interactive Multiview Analysis: review and analyze multiple images simultaneously within Phenoplex
With multiplex image analysis, keeping an overview over your data set can be difficult. Semiautomatic steps like setting thresholds for biomarker positivity which requires acessing each individual image can be time consuming.
- How are cell populations distributed across your data set?
- How consistent is the stain intensity for the different layers?
- How to be sure that artifacts or false positives do not reduce the result quality?
Phenoplex is our complete workflow for all your multiplexed image analysis needs. With the new interactive Multiview Analysis you can now review and analyze several slides at the same time. No matter if you are reviewing the layers, setting thresholds for positivity or reviewing the results using our interactive plots – the Multiview Analysis allows you to be more effective and more confident in getting the data you need for your research.

Solutions for all plex levels
No matter your imaging system and plex level of your assay, Phenoplex has the solution for all spatial biology assays: Fully automated phenotyping for up to 8 Markers and user-guided phenotyping for 8-40+ markers.
Confused about which markers make up which phenotype of cell? Have a look at our new immune oncology PD-L/1 landscape sheet and grab one at our booth #646.
Are you spending a lot of time on the ROI/AOI selection step in your GeoMx workflow?
Visiopharm and NanoString are launching a new integration that will automate and simplify your region selection for GeoMx using AI-driven image analysis.
AI will reduce the time to determine interesting areas from the GeoMx image or use an adjacent tissue section stained by H&E. An added advantage is to use Visiopharm’s software to unlock data in the GeoMX image.
Check out our joint poster #27 with NanoString and ProPath UK, to see examples of the workflow for reading GeoMx images, importing the ROI regions, performing cell segmentation, and phenotyping them for further transcriptome analysis.
